…has now been seen across the planet. In the early days of the devastation, reports suggested that the chaos might be limited to one continent. But in only a matter of days it has become clear that the entire planet is in upheaval. Cyclones, hurricanes and typhoons have devastated coastal communities. Volcanic eruptions have sent ash and embers flying into the upper atmosphere, blocking out sunlight and turning the sky a deep amber. Evacuation orders were meaningless within the first 48 hours. Unstable governments have abandoned the safeguard of their people while the democracies of the world grapple with a global catastrophe previously unthinkable in size and scale. Indeed, some well armed, poorly governed world powers launched counter attacks under the misconception that they themselves were under some kind of attack. It is unclear at this time whether nuclear weapons have been used, but there is little doubt that with the eventual failure of nuclear power plants and warhead facilities, nuclear devastation is an eventuality.
Power outages now cut across national borders, leaving an estimated 70% of the world’s population without power. An estimated 85% of the global population will be without potable water within days if not hours. Military resources seem to be the only stores of food, water and energy that have yet to be completely depleted, and one wonders how long even the most robust armies can last.

Kill The Humans
The noise
It tends to drown her
She's dying
Listen close
You can hear her
She's screaming
Kill the humans
Their damage goes
Too deep
Kill the humans
Kill them quick
'Cause I can't breathe
She turned for years
In silence
Without us
But now her cries
Surround us
She's screaming
No one listened
To her demands
Now it's ending
And in her hands
Waited long enough
In this hell
Thought that we might
Just kill ourselves
Or at least she was hoping
'Cause we've stayed too long
Now she wants us gone
She's screaming
